Refund, Exchange

According to article L121-16 of the Consumers’ Act, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to send us the item back, for exchange or refund, free of charge excluding postage. The item must be sent back through recorded mail to the address below:

The item must be as new when sent back, in its original unaltered packaging. You will then be refunded at the original purchase price. In the case of a return, postage charges are to be paid by the customer with the exception of mistakes made by ARCYTE.

“Postage to collect” or “cash against delivery” consignments will not be accepted. Damaged or dirty items will not be taken back. In the case of irregular or unjustified returns, ARCYTE may refuse future orders.
