Refund, Exchange

 

According to article L121-16 of the Consumers’ Act, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to send us the item back, for exchange or refund, free of charge excluding postage. The item must be sent back through recorded mail to the address below:

“Postage to collect” or “cash against delivery” consignments will not be accepted. Damaged or dirty items will not be taken back. In the case of irregular or unjustified returns, ARCYTE may refuse future orders.

For France only shipping cost is 6.50 €. This service will be done by the French Post, delivery time will take 2-3 days.

 

For other EEC countries (United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal....)  shipping cost is 9 €. This service will be done by the French Post or FedEx depending the country. Delivery time will take 3-5 days.

 

For US & Canada only we ship everything by FedEx Express Priority, which takes 5-7 days depending on where you live in the US & Canada shipping cost is 30 €.

 

For other countries, please advise we will keep you in touch about the possibility and leadtime.
